Module 1: Induction Period and Support

Welcome
Getting started with the LMS platform
Understanding the professional environment
Awareness training on sustainable development
Awareness training on harassment and discrimination
Adaptation of the training course
Individualised support during the training period (internships, employment, exams, written work, etc.)
Jury preparation (3 mock juries during the training before the final exam)
Certification jury and training assessment

Module 2: Administrative Management of Company Employees

Administrative management of employees from hiring to departure from the company
Labour law and personnel administration
Participation in the definition and updating of internal documents and procedures
Legal regulations relating to employee representative bodies
Ensuring legal and social monitoring
Collecting payroll variables and checking their integration
Mandatory and periodic social declarations
HR dashboards
Implementation and monitoring of human resources indicators
Analysing results, identifying significant elements, and producing written reports tailored to the recipient's needs

Module 3: Contributing to Human Resources Development

Contribute to the operational and strategic management of personnel, in collaboration with managers, HR colleagues, and employee representative bodies
Schedule professional and performance reviews and ensure their follow-up
Update HR tools such as job and skills frameworks or job descriptions
Support the recruitment process through to the onboarding of new employees
Collect employee training requests and identify suitable training providers
Manage the administrative processing, logistics, and budget tracking of training, and ensure quality feedback is obtained

Module 4: Methodology and Tools

Personal and professional effectiveness: professional writing, teamwork and working independently, self-assertion and public speaking, conflict management, stress management, non-violent communication, etc.
Internal and external written communication
Digital tools: LMS platform, social networks, collaborative platforms, etc.
Office software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
