If the purchaser is an individual undertaking the training at their own expense, a professional training contract will be drawn up in accordance with Article L. 6353-3 of the French Labour Code.

For each registration to any other service, the purchaser receives a service contract prepared in two copies, which they undertake to return to Accords Majeurs with one signed and company-stamped copy.

At the end of the service, an invoice in three copies will be sent to the purchaser (or to the designated funding body).

At the end of any training action, a certificate of attendance will be sent to the purchaser (or to the designated funding body).

For services not covered by continuing professional training, cancellation requests confirmed by post or fax and received less than 2 days before the service start date will incur cancellation fees equal to 30% of the service price. After the service has started, cancellations or absences require full payment of the service price.
