DETAILED INFORMATION NOTICE RELATING TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

As part of its activity as a Training Organisation, ACCORDS MAJEURS COACHING FORMATION processes personal information about you, some of which may identify you ("personal data"), through paper contact forms, administrative or contractual documents, and our exchanges by email, post or telephone.

Your personal information allows us, among other things, to process your requests, deliver our training and support services, and improve the quality of our offerings. It also helps us to better understand your needs in order to provide you with tailored content and training programmes. ACCORDS MAJEURS COACHING FORMATION is committed to ensuring that the collection and processing of your data complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the amended French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978.

To ensure the best protection of your information, this notice explains how we collect and process your personal data. We encourage you to read it carefully. We reserve the right to modify this notice at any time and invite you to consult it regularly on our website.

1. What is the purpose of collecting your data?

We only use your personal data when permitted by current regulations, for example to provide you with requested services or information (such as training session schedules, access arrangements, or a pedagogical evaluation based on prerequisites and skills).

2. What type of data do we collect?

2.1. Data you provide directly

During our interactions, you may provide personal information, especially when requesting details about our training offer. This includes:

  • Name, surname, title

  • Date of birth

  • Email address, landline and/or mobile number

  • Any other information you choose to share

2.2. Data collected during our relationship

 

We may also collect information about:

  • Your skill development or acquisition needs in one or more training areas

  • Funding details related to your training

  • Invoices

  • Administrative tracking information of your training journey in line with specific sector or branch regulations

2.3. Exclusion of sensitive data

ACCORDS MAJEURS COACHING FORMATION does not collect any sensitive data (e.g. racial/ethnic origin, political opinions, religious beliefs, trade union membership, health data, or sexual orientation). If such data is inadvertently provided, it will be deleted.

3. Internal and external recipients

Your data may be accessed by:

- Our staff: All team members are bound by strict confidentiality obligations. They follow the instructions of the Data Controller at ACCORDS MAJEURS COACHING FORMATION regarding the protection and security of personal data. Access may be granted to :

  • Administrative and billing staff : Fabienne Sarrasin Glosset, Eloise Rabilloud

  • Your training contact and trainers: Mélodie Boillaud, Cécilia Vallot, Aude-Noelle Tourgis, Yohan Grand, Emmanuelle Millière, Mégane Ledan

-Our subcontractors, who provide services on our behalf. This includes:

  • Training delivery (with access limited to names, surnames and email addresses only)

Furthermore, ACCORDS MAJEURS COACHING FORMATION commits not to share, transfer or disclose your personal data to any third party, unless:

  • It is required by a legal or regulatory obligation, as provided in Article 6.1(c) of the GDPR;

  • It is necessary for the performance of your training contract or agreement, or for pre-contractual measures taken at your request, under Article 6.1(b) of the GDPR;

  • You have given your explicit consent in accordance with Article 6.1(a) of the GDPR.

4. Data retention period

Your data is retained in accordance with legal requirements and for a period appropriate to its purpose:

  • For contractual or ongoing relationships: 5 years after the end of the contract or last contact, unless a longer period is required

  • If you have never been a client: 1 year after last contact

5. Your rights regarding personal data

 

You have the right to:

  • Access (Art. 15 GDPR): Confirm whether we process your data and, if so, access details about it

  • Rectify (Art. 16 GDPR): Request correction of inaccurate personal data

  • Erase (Art. 17 GDPR): Request deletion under certain conditions (e.g. no longer needed, withdrawal of consent)

  • Restrict processing (Art. 18 GDPR): Request a temporary freeze on processing (e.g. if data is inaccurate or unlawfully processed)

  • Data portability (Art. 20 GDPR): Receive and reuse your personal data in a common, machine-readable format

  • Object (Art. 21 GDPR): Oppose data processing under specific conditions

6. How to exercise your rights
