Our Story
Accords Majeurs Coaching Formation is a non-profit training organisation (French Law 1901 association) founded in 1993.
We provide comprehensive training solutions in human resources, management, personal effectiveness, and more.
Our premises are located at 7 Boulevard Rembrandt – 21000 Dijon, France.
Our training programmes are diverse yet tailored: they may be personalised, aimed at individuals, or collective, designed for companies. We offer hands-on training courses delivered in inter-company or in-house formats, either bespoke or from our training catalogue.
We welcome all participants, including those with officially recognised disabilities (RQTH), and work to facilitate their inclusion (wheelchair access, adapted equipment, tailored teaching methods, etc.). When training sessions are held outside Dijon, we hire accessible venues that comply with regulations. We adhere to all relevant legislation regarding safety, accessibility, gender equality, and disability inclusion.
Our premises are easily accessible by public transport, including the tramway.
Since 2020, Accords Majeurs has also operated as a Vocational Training Centre (CFA) under the name Accords Majeurs Alternance.
