Fabienne GLOSSET-SARRASIN
Managing Director
Managing Director of Accords Majeurs Coaching Formation since 2017, with extensive experience in executive positions alongside a role as an HR consultant. I hold a postgraduate degree in Career Management and Human Resources, as well as a coaching certification. I oversee the general management of the organisation and lead the entire team. I enjoy walking, engaging in conversations, cooking, and travelling.
Oriane DEKEYSER
Training Coordinator for the HR Assistant Programme (ARH)
After working as a Human Resources Assistant at Accords Majeurs, I progressed to the role of Training Coordinator for the HR Assistant programme. Today, I support learners throughout their training journey, drawing on my professional experience to help them develop their skills and succeed in their course.

After studying psychology, I wanted to work in an organisation that listens to people's needs and supports them in their professional integration. Helping individuals grow is something I really enjoy, whether through skills assessments or by supporting learners during their training. I am the coordinator for the certified CIP training programme.

After earning a degree in Psychology and gaining professional experience in sales, I chose to retrain in administrative support roles. Following an internship at Accords Majeurs, I'm now embarking on a new professional adventure as a full-time team member. Highly motivated, I adapt quickly, enjoy learning, and have a strong sense of hospitality.

Passionate about cinema and theatre, I have been a coach and trainer at Accords Majeurs since its creation. I am also responsible for supporting our clients through career assessment programmes.
