Module 1: Integration Period and Support

Welcom
Introduction to the LMS platform
Support with internship search
Awareness-raising on sustainable development, harassment and discrimination, disability, and mental health
Personalised support throughout the training period (internships, employment, exams, written work, etc.)
Preparation for the final examination panel (three mock panels conducted during the course)
Assistance with written assignments

Module 2: Organising and Managing the Activity of a Team of Employees on a Professional Integration Programme

Contribute to customer relations by advising on products and services, and ensuring their satisfaction.
Manage and organise production by applying appropriate methods, tools and human resources, within an inclusive approach.
Raise awareness of disability, safety and hygiene regulations, and foster a positive environment for both relationships and productivity.
Use appropriate digital tools, assess occupational risks, and ensure technical and regulatory compliance.

Module 3: Welcoming and Supporting Employees in Professional Integration

Facilitate the integration of employees into the organisation and the team, by adapting the workspace if necessary.
Organise the onboarding process and provide information on the organisation and applicable rules.
Identify the strengths and barriers of employees in order to support their development.
Share relevant information with internal and external stakeholders while maintaining confidentiality.
Collaborate with the employment advisor or social and professional support officer.

Identify prior knowledge, learning needs, and expected competencies.
Plan and deliver sessions tailored to production situations and employees in work integration programmes.
Define relevant content, stages, assessments, and teaching methods.
Organise training in compliance with hygiene, safety, and sustainable development standards.
Identify and address learning difficulties, assess progress, and ensure traceability.
Reflect on one’s own practice, carry out technical and pedagogical monitoring, and use digital tools effectively.

Module 4: Organising Learning Sessions to Promote the Acquisition of Professional Skills and Behaviours

Module 5: Methodology and Tools

Personal and Professional Effectiveness: professional writing, teamwork and autonomy, assertiveness and public speaking, conflict management, stress management, non-violent communication, etc.
Written Communication: internal and external communication.
Digital Tools: LMS platform, social media, collaborative platforms, etc.
Office Software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
