Discrimination

As part of the implementation of a regulatory framework aimed at preventing and combating discrimination, and ensuring the neutrality obligations of public service employees, this training is designed to develop these themes and raise awareness among internal trainers, apprenticeship supervisors, examination board members, and line managers about the specific responsibilities linked to their roles in these areas.

This training is designed to combine theory and practice in a complementary way. Its purpose is to enable participants to draw on their professional experiences, analyse their practice in light of the theoretical insights presented, and develop tools and an action plan to apply the recommended practices in their future work situations.

  • Distinguish between stereotypes, prejudices, and discrimination

  • Implement non-discriminatory professional practices

  • Understand the legislation related to discrimination

  • Identify potential instances of discrimination

Completion of an awareness-raising training course on the regulatory framework regarding the prevention of discrimination and the obligation of neutrality in public service.
