The skills assessment helps individuals analyse their professional and personal skills, aptitudes, and motivations to support a career development project and, where appropriate, a training plan.

Who Can Benefit?
Our programme is open to all working individuals, including:

Employees in the private sector

Jobseekers (applications must be submitted through France Travail, APEC, or Cap Emploi)

Public sector employees (including civil servants and non-permanent staff)
Cost: £1,800
Total Duration : 24 hours (18 hours of individual support 6 hours of personal study)
Delivery Mode : In-person sessions
Accessibility for People with Disabilities: Specific support can be arranged with our designated disability advisor to ensure an inclusive and accessible training experience tailored to each individual's needs.

Number of beneficiaries at the start of support: 172

Number of beneficiaries at the end of support: 171 (1 person did not complete the process for health reasons)

Number of responses to the 6-month follow-up questionnaires: 26 ( 23 people did not want a follow-up interview, 4 people wanted one)

Each beneficiary carries out 3 business surveys and 3 training surveys (if training project)

The nature of the professional surveys: Exchanges with professionals in the field, discovery internship or surveys with training centers

Preliminary phase

Investigation phase

Build the beneficiary’s professional project.

Appropriate the detailed results of the investigation phase
